Council accepted multiple routine resolutions from committees: accreditation of years of service for an engineering technician's paid time off accrual, a quarterly health savings account payment program with an accelerated payment option for high‑cost pharmaceuticals effective Jan. 1, 2025, and the Business Improvement District (BID) operating plan for calendar year 2025.
The engineering technician PTO accrual resolution passed after a short discussion about how prior experience was credited. The HSA-related resolution passed and staff said the policy would take effect on Jan. 1, 2025. The BID operating plan was approved on recommendation and roll call. Council also handled typical consent agenda business earlier in the meeting.
