Evan reviewed how CSA tracked county priorities and reported seven priorities signed into law this year while two items'ongoing wildfire mitigation funding and adjustments to emergency-council financial liabilities'did not succeed. He urged supervisors to consider the state's tight ending balances and to remain engaged as policy proposals and ballot referrals evolve; "The session was absolutely record breaking," he said, and noted CSA's role in convening briefings and producing data-driven materials for county officials.
