Board grants stormwater waivers for industrial-site development; engineer says runoff will match current conditions

"What we've done is we've designed this to match existing conditions so that the stormwater peak discharges to the downstream system and the maximum stage in that pond are the same as they are currently," the engineer said. After questions from board members and confirmation from staff, a member moved to grant the waiver, the motion was seconded, and the board carried the motion by voice vote.
