The Town of Fort Edward Planning Board opened and approved the minutes of its Aug. 28, 2024 meeting by a motion from Zachary Middleton, seconded by Donald Sanders Jr.; the board recorded the vote as "all ayes."
The board then took action on two agenda projects: it voted to refer the DMSV Property LLC proposal for 344 Broadway to the Washington County Planning Department and set a public hearing for Oct. 9, 2024 at 7:05 p.m., and it closed the public hearing for the Dolan Solar project, declared a SEQR negative declaration, and approved the site plan subject to a list of prior‑to‑permit conditions (final SWPPP and engineer‑signed plans, SPDES coverage, interconnection agreement with National Grid, decommissioning plan and surety, a $100,000 landscape maintenance surety, and construction logistics planning). The board adjourned at 8:41 p.m.
