The MOA requires FCS to supply student email, name, graduation year and address (updated monthly beginning Aug. 2026) and obligates JCPL to treat student data as confidential under FERPA; JCPL staff will sign confidentiality statements. The document names Emily Silverman (Project Coordinator) for FCS and Erin Kirchhoff (Digital Services Manager) for JCPL as primary contacts and provides an opt-out mechanism—parents who do not want their child to participate can contact ekirchhoff@jcplin.org.
