"This is amendment number 4 and it's for the fiscal year 2027, essentially, and it's going to be $54,336 And, the EPIR contract, EPIR meaning Emergency Preparedness and Response, also includes epidemiological work. So it's 50 50," Locke said. Commissioners had no substantive objections and asked only administrative questions about signatures and DocuSign timing.
Locke noted the department expects no lapse in service and that DocuSign timelines should be adequate; staff will finalize signatures when the board approves the contract.
