The Berkeley County Planning Commission approved a detailed site plan for James Kreitz Kennel, a proposed commercial dog kennel to be served by private well and septic.
Staff presented the proposal (file 2604-197) describing a 1,680-square-foot kennel on approximately 2 acres. James Crites, the property owner, spoke at the hearing: "I'm the owner of the property," he said when identifying himself to the commission. There were no public comments. The commission moved and approved the detailed site plan on staff recommendation.
