Berkeley County Planning Commission approved the detailed site plan for Vanville Church of Christ after staff said the plan met subdivision ordinance requirements and prior waivers had been granted.
Staff told the commission the plan (file 2512-349) proposes a one-story, 10,500-square-foot church building with parking on 7.71 acres to be served by public water and sewer; the developer is the Vanville Church of Christ trustees and the engineer listed is CEC Inc. Matthew Cloud, identifying himself as a trustee and elder, represented the applicant to the commission. "My name is Matthew Cloud," he said when introduced.
There were no public comments. The commission moved and approved the detailed site plan on staff recommendation.
