Berkeley County Planning Commission approved a detailed site plan for a proposed Hatchery Road water storage tank after staff said the plan met subdivision ordinance requirements.

Steve Psionovich of Fox and Associates, representing the developer, addressed the commission. "Steve Psionovich with Fox and Associates representing the project," he said when introducing himself.
There were no public comments during the hearing. A motion to close the hearing and a subsequent motion to approve the detailed site plan carried on a voice vote.
