Commissioners approve multiple Sheridan County license agreements for private crossings and power lines

The board approved a master license agreement (M26-02) with Allison Cook for a crossing on Beavercreek Road and a related license agreement (2609LA) for a water-tap/board crossing at County Road 87 (Beavercreek Road). Commissioners also approved MDU license agreements (including 2610LA and 2611LA) to install underground power crossings on County Road 109 (McCormick Road) for a newly approved subdivision and to replace a failed line on Midland Road (County Road 80/West 15th Street). County engineer Ken Muller explained the purposes of the crossings and noted exemptions where applicable.
Each item was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote during the meeting.
