Sheridan County staff approve warrants, authorize May payroll

"Payroll will be for law enforcement May 1 as well as May 29 accompanying airport and monthly," said Deb Ottama, Sheridan County financial coordinator, who presented the payroll schedule. Commissioners moved and seconded the warrant approval and later moved to authorize payroll distributions; both motions carried on voice votes.
The actions were procedural approvals required for routine county operations. The board recorded voice votes in favor and did not enter extended discussion on the items. Further budget and payroll questions were deferred to staff.
