Board approves consent agenda with three pulled items taken after closed session
Summary

Initial action to approve the consent agenda (with exceptions) was moved and seconded from the dais and recorded by roll call; later, following closed-session discussion, the previously withheld items were taken up and approved by the board.
Board clerk Cintron reported that closed-session topics included student matters, pending litigation, public-employee discipline/dismissal/release, public-employee appointments (elementary principal), labor negotiations and the superintendent evaluation; the board reported taking no action in closed session.
