Parks and Recreation coordinator to retire; successor named as fall sports registrations near capacity

Supervisors praised Smart's work and welcomed Rudy. Board members and staff highlighted expansions to youth programming, including cheerleading growth since Stephanie Robbins Connor joined the program, and discussed volunteer-led efforts such as a recent fire-camp for area children. No board action was required on the personnel announcement; staff presented the item for information.
