Butler told the board the plan will be operationalized via an annual scorecard that prioritizes a limited set of goals each year and is designed to be revisited and adjusted. She said the plan was intentionally specific to the district and will be accompanied by regular progress monitoring: "Together, we annualize the goals of the plan... we plan to go live or go active with the plan in the next academic year's beginning." Superintendent-level staff confirmed the board will receive periodic scorecard updates and metrics tied to the selected annual priorities.
