The Board appointed Jenn McCoy as an alternate member of the Advanced Technology Commission with a term ending April 2028; the motion by Jeff Zullo was seconded by Dan Morosani and passed unanimously.
Selectman John Bongiorno told the Board the Advanced Technology Commission is "close to finalizing the Artificial Intelligence Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Cell Phone Policy." He also reported a technical improvement so that once users log in to the free Wi‑Fi on the Town Green they should not need to log in again. The appointment of Jenn McCoy was handled during the meeting’s appointments and carried without dissent.
No policies were adopted at this meeting; the commission will return drafts for Board consideration as required by town process.
