Trustees review brick fundraiser account and Bricks-R-Us pricing; chair asks for inventory of available spots

The board reviewed the Treasurer's appended report showing one December payment of $44.50 in the Brick Sales and Room Naming Opportunities account; the Appendix lists total brick sales to date as $56,585.00, total expenses $30,464.95 and a current balance of $26,120.05. Chairman Rita H. Smith presented the report on Treasurer Mary C. Veillette's behalf.
Under new business, Chairman Smith said she received a pricing notice from Bricks-R-Us indicating prices would not increase but that there remain minimum order quantities; Director LoRusso noted it is not cost effective to order only one or two bricks. Smith asked Trustee Peter Vaccarelli to inventory remaining brick spots and report back at the March meeting.
