Commission adopts Conditional Use Permit CB 2616 permitting outdoor storage on parcel in Munger

"On May 27, our meeting was to see and understand a conditional use permit number 2616 for Brock Holzmeister for an outdoor outdoor storage system," McDaniel said, and he told commissioners that documentation, fees, signage and the protest period (ending June 10) were completed with no protests filed.
A commissioner moved to approve resolution 2026-12 adopting CB 2616 to allow outdoor storage on the described parcel in Munger; a colleague seconded and the commission approved the motion. Commissioners briefly discussed flood-plain and road concerns raised during the Joint Planning Commission’s review and noted staff (Justin Craig and his team) had addressed those questions in the record.
The permit was approved by the commission with no stipulations recorded in the county commission’s discussion in the transcript.
