The council also clarified that the lodge can be allowed to receive a certificate of occupancy before all parking improvements are completed, as long as certain conditions are met: "They'll be able to get their COs," a council member said during discussion. Staff will return with CAD conceptual drawings and a bid package at the next meeting.
