During its Dec. 3–4 meeting the Board approved a broad set of license applications: out-of-state wholesaler licenses (Patterson Logistics locations, Packaging Coordinators), Nevada warehouses (Novum Pharmaceutical Research Services of Nevada), out-of-state pharmacy licenses (Hephaestus Pharmaceuticals, XeCare conditioned on Iowa Board resolution), and multiple Nevada pharmacy license applications listed on the consent agenda. Motions to approve ownership changes and licenses carried unanimously.
Some items were removed from the consent agenda for separate consideration or tabled. For example, President Park removed certain consent items for discussion and staff later tabled Walgreens HUB Solutions #21609 to a future meeting after testimony. The board conditioned approval of Medivant Healthcare’s out-of-state compounding license on submission of any FDA Form 483 arising from the latest FDA inspection. The minutes record no public comment on these licensing votes.
Board staff will process the licenses and handle any required follow-up inspections or documentation submissions as recorded in the motions and licensing conditions.
