A second applicant seeking to legalize previously informal golf-cart tours also received approval after staff verified off-street parking and insurance conditions; councilmembers stressed compliance and suggested a future agenda item on penalties for illegal operations. "We have been in business for over a decade and have really great relationships with, all the local restaurants," Erin Eubank said during her presentation.
