Board members highlight community events, traffic and safety meetings, and recall Sept. 11 remembrance

Supervisors also used the time to ask for updates and to press for coordination between the strategic-plan KPIs, the comprehensive traffic safety action plan, and the capital improvement program. Supervisor Franklin requested an update on a county branding initiative and Supervisor Bodie pressed for KPIs tied to small-business loan and outreach outcomes.
The chair closed the session by reminding members of an upcoming community safety town hall on Sept. 30 and noting the next board meeting date. The board adjourned with staff and supervisors scheduled for further follow-up on KPIs, data-center work sessions, and revitalization conversations.
