On April 7 both boards voted to send to referendum an appropriation of $583,000 for pay-as-you-go infrastructure, capital projects, and reserves. Chairman Cipriano moved the BOF motion, which Mr. Larkin seconded and the motion passed; First Selectwoman Mahr made a parallel motion for the Board of Selectmen, seconded by Selectman Brian Shaban, which was approved.
The boards’ action places the $583,000 appropriation question on the ballot for voter consideration as part of the town’s fiscal plan for 2026-27.
