Councilmember Kathleen Posey moved to appoint Hamilton Earle to the Zoning Board; Councilmember Patresha Northgraves seconded the motion and the appointment was approved unanimously. The minutes list the appointment among routine confirmations taken at the Jan. 5 meeting.
Earlier in the meeting Charlie Pecchio, representing the Downtown Development Authority, reported that the Christmas Parade was successful and that the DDA plans a St. Patrick's Day parade. Kathleen Posey said she had spoken with Linda Leachman and that the Women's History Committee would be ready to present at the February meeting.
