Elko County Fire Chief Matt Peterson (Speaker 14) told commissioners the county currently lacks adequate indoor storage and a consolidated maintenance facility for apparatus; he said a feasibility study is needed to determine whether the existing structure can be adapted or whether a new facility should be planned. The board authorized HA Architects (motion and second recorded) to perform the analysis and return with programmatic recommendations.
