Chair asked the applicant to heed neighborhood comments concerning lighting and security; commissioners reiterated they expect the applicant to address those operational concerns during final permitting.
The approval language requires resolution of outstanding technical issues prior to recordation of the site plan and issuance of any building permit. Staff will follow up on technical corrections and track permit submittals before building activity proceeds.
