Board approves minutes, treasurer's report, bills and two agenda items

The board then accepted the Treasurer's Report on a motion by Trustee Bogacz and payment of bills on a motion by Trustee Walter; both motions carried on voice votes. In new business, the board approved a sign for Zender Park after Trustee Thompson moved to approve and Trustee Fritz seconded. The board also approved an IMLRMA invoice for $29,910.00 after a motion by Trustee Bogacz and second by Trustee Vick; the motion carried on a unanimous voice vote.
