Berry told the committee that the bids had been received Aug. 15 and reviewed the schedule and remaining punch-list items tied to the larger Indian Grove work. No dollar amounts for the individual alternates were listed in the committee minutes; the materials submitted to the committee included a bid tabulation referenced in the discussion but not reproduced in the minutes.
The committee’s action was procedural: it forwarded its recommendation for Board approval rather than approving contract awards at the committee level. The minutes note that the motion carried with the two committee members present voting in favor.
