Falls residents urge balanced e‑bike rules to protect riders and park users

Other speakers and board members said they are concerned about reckless use and the safety of children and suggested enforcement options such as targeted education, park ranger involvement and restrictions on throttle‑only bikes. The board did not take action tonight; staff said the ordinance will return for detailed consideration next month.
