Board members reported positive reception to the new Match banners, which debuted at local events and online. The chair summarized printing costs and placements and said one large banner will appear at Saint Andrews this Sunday and smaller banners have been placed at the MAC and other cultural venues.
The chair told the board the new banners "all have QR codes on them that take you to the home page, for applying," crediting Mark Lee and Amy Kerr for design and production work. She said final costs will be a little over the $200 budgeted and she will likely request roughly $50 at next month's meeting to cover the difference. Members discussed placement at events such as drum circles for visibility and thanked volunteers who handled logistics.
The board noted the banners had already been used at First Friday and PrideFest and agreed the outreach is generating useful exposure for the Match grant program.
