Councilmember Katie Reeves nominated Martine Zareinskas to the City of Alpharetta Design Review Board during the Aug. 3 meeting, citing Zareinskas's long record of community involvement and prior service on the planning commission.
An oath of office was administered by the presiding officer. Zareinskas repeated the oath and was welcomed by the council. Reeves said Zareinskas "is a longtime member of our community" and that "she served a long time on the planning commission," noting the appointee will be an asset to the board.
