The Creswell School District 40 board heard several presentations Sept. 11 focused on student activities and recognitions.
CHS student representative Elise Thackera reported on start-of-school activities, updating the board on student engagement at the high school. Kori Wanner presented a video summarizing this summer’s student trip to Costa Rica, and Brandon Standridge presented information on the NIAAA Award received by CHS athletics.
Building principals—CES Principal Amy Halley, CMS Principal Julie Johanson and CHS Principal Jenny Collins—introduced a video titled "Why Is CSD The Place To Be?" that showcased each school's curriculum and program highlights. The presentations were informational; no board action was required or recorded on these items.
