Creswell SD 40 board approves agenda, personnel items and several administrative actions

The Creswell School District 40 Board of Directors met Sept. 11, 2024, and formally approved routine and administrative items on a unanimous vote.
Board Vice Chair Kandice Lemhouse Worsham called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. Board member Lacey Risdal moved to approve the agenda; Mike Anderson seconded and the meeting record notes, "THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY." The consent agenda — approval of previous meeting minutes and acceptance of the personnel report — was also approved by unanimous vote.
During new business, the board approved the superintendent evaluation timeline and the Superintendent/Board Working Agreement. Risdal moved each action and Anderson seconded; both motions were recorded as passing unanimously. The board additionally approved a collective information item permitting girls to swim at Cottage Grove; Risdal moved and Sarah Cox seconded that motion, which likewise carried unanimously.
