Christian Miller named 2026 Intern of the Year by Little Rock summer program

Brandon Sanders, a mentor with the City of Little Rock summer program, presented the 2026 Intern of the Year award to Christian Miller and praised the recipient's consistent engagement and strong work ethic during site visits.
"Every time I visited his work site, he was engaged, interactive, and showed a strong a strong want to be there," Brandon Sanders said, recounting the intern's enthusiasm and hands-on exposure to property work at Don Realty and Associates. The mentor noted that Christian had been sponsored by his worksite and was gaining additional experience beyond the city program.
Organizers said the intern awards are peer- and mentor-nominated to recognize participants who showed exceptional growth, professionalism and readiness for future employment.
