Board elects officers, names Terry Boni president

"Motion by Ms. Lien, supported by Mr. Baker, to set a slate of officers to include Mr. Boni as President, Mr. Hummel as Vice‑President, Mr. Lamborne as Secretary, and Mr. Krieger as Treasurer." The motion carried by unanimous voice vote.
The newly named officers are: Terry Boni, Board President; Shannon Hummel, Vice‑President; Doug Lamborne, Secretary; and Keven Krieger, Treasurer. Board members present at the meeting included Mike Baker, Sarah Foss, Jennifer Lien and others. The election establishes the leadership that will preside over routine and special board business for the coming year.
Board leadership decisions were accompanied by routine governance items (meeting schedule, committee membership) that the Board affirmed during the same session. No dissent was recorded in the minutes. The Board is next scheduled to meet in its regular monthly meeting on the third Monday at 6:30 p.m., per the adopted schedule.
