The Wareham School Committee recorded the following formal actions during its Aug. 4 emergency meeting:

• June 11 minutes: Approved as presented. Vote recorded 4-0-0.
• AED donation: Accepted from the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office for the McDuffie Center (Wareham Alternative Cooperative School). Vote recorded 4-0-0.
• Bill and payroll warrants: Approved as listed in the packet; roll call recorded Roger abstaining, Joyce yes, Kevin yes, Chair yes (tally 3-0-1).
• Calendar revisions: Approved changes including a Sept. 17 5:30 p.m. orientation with a presenter from the Massachusetts Association for School Committees and moving the daytime budget workshop to Nov. 12. Vote recorded 4-0-0.
Staff will process transfers and warrants and publish an updated meeting calendar.
