The Town of Walworth Planning Board voted unanimously July 13 to approve a two‑lot subdivision at 4667 Lewis Road that will separate roughly 2.439 acres from an existing 92.65‑acre parcel.
Applicant Kevin Frederes told the Board he plans to create a roughly 2‑acre lot and said the parcel "has been in his family for more than seven years." The Board reviewed the Short EAF Part 2 and found all eleven SEQRA items to be "No, or Small Impact," issuing a negative declaration and approving the subdivision subject to conditions in the resolution.
Conditions include addressing outstanding Town engineering and code enforcement comments to the satisfaction of the Planning Board Chair, completing any required utility districting as determined by the Town Board or designee, and timely recording of the subdivision plat with the County Clerk once conditions are satisfied. The motion to approve was offered by Kristen Rush, seconded by Lou Villanova, and carried on a roll‑call vote with all present members voting "Aye."
