Board members confirmed the current lease rate for T‑hangars is $1.15 per unit and asked staff to make that rate visible on the airport's public pages. Committee member (speaker 6) moved to approve the revision; another member (speaker 7) seconded, and Chair called for a voice vote. Several members answered "Aye," and Chair declared the motion passed.
Board members framed the change as an administrative clarification rather than a change in fees; staff said all documents are posted on the website for public access. The board did not amend the rate itself at the meeting. The approved revision will be posted online so prospective renters and current tenants can review the clarified appendices and fee language.
