"One would be looking at going through all the gravel streets in Gardner, using our recycling machine, putting in stabilizer and then chip sealing those roads," the roads presenter said, describing a lower‑cost dust‑reduction approach. Commissioners moved to authorize staff to apply for the three projects; the board emphasized that any eventual use of resort tax funds would be decided by Gardiner residents and that staff applications are an initial step.
