Trustee Padilla asked; staff replied that the MOU does not call for routine student data sharing and that sign up is voluntary and promoted via wellness centers, but agreed to return with more details about backend referral processes if a student expresses crisis-level concerns.
Other approvals included an E‑Rate category‑2 services contract and several community partnerships for student health and safety programs; the board asked staff to provide follow‑up memos clarifying provider responsibilities and referral steps where appropriate.
