Council approves four property-lien resolutions to recoup city expenses

City staff read the affected addresses and the dollar amounts the city seeks to recoup.
City staff reported the total cost for 313 East North Street (Resolution 32) as $272.96 and said the property will be scheduled for auction on Sept. 1 if the amount is not paid. The council adopted that resolution 10–0. Resolutions 33 (708 Burton Street) and 34 (1222 Cherry Lane) were called with staff reading totals of $547.96 and $272.96, respectively, and each passed on unanimous voice votes. Resolution 35 (1704 Huntley Road) also passed 10–0 after staff summarized the expense amount to be recovered.
The council offered no public speakers on these items and moved them forward as routine enforcement steps to recover city costs. Clerk read each resolution into the record and the mayor called the votes for each measure.
