Approvals recorded from closed session included a stipend of $1,518.44 for Andrea Erdmann (STE Unit Leader), acceptance of the resignation of paraeducator Kara Kinney, the hire of Mary Samelson as an elementary SPED para at $14.25 per hour, approval of FMLA for staff member Lindsey Janicke, acceptance of the retirement of Cathy Korwin (HS Spanish) effective at the end of SY 24–25, hire of Samantha Cederholm for Dakota Learn and Play at $14.25, approval of a Dakota/Orangeville wrestling co-op for SY 24–25 and 25–26, and approval of winter coaches for SY 24–25. Most motions passed by recorded vote of 6 Yes, 0 No where noted.
The board had convened in executive session at 6:01 p.m. on a motion by HeiDee Meier and reconvened into open session at 6:39 p.m. The personnel items were presented and approved following the reconvening.
