At the Feb. 10 meeting the Howell Public Schools Board moved into closed session at 7:38 p.m. "to consider the mid-year evaluation of the Superintendent pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Open Meetings Act." The closed session had been requested by the superintendent.
The board reconvened to public session at 8:19 p.m. and subsequently approved the closed session minutes for Feb. 10 by unanimous vote (#2025-030). The motion to enter closed session was moved by Ms. Pasini and supported by Ms. Marhofer; the vote to enter closed session carried 5-0.
