Howell Board Approves LESA Preschool Lease and Raises Childcare Tuition for 2025–26

The Howell board approved a 2024/2025 lease agreement between Howell Public Schools and LESA for the LESA Preschool Program (Exhibit K) after review by the Finance Committee. The motion was moved by Ms. Conn and supported by Ms. Marhofer and passed by unanimous vote.
On the same agenda the board approved tuition increases for the district’s Little Highlanders Learning Center and Kids Kare programs effective with the 2025–26 school year. The motion to increase tuition, moved by Ms. Zurek and supported by Ms. Conn, was recorded and approved unanimously. Exhibit L contains the committee review details and rate schedules.
