Board adopts 2026–27 operational resolutions, approves tech and disposal actions

The motion to adopt the operational resolutions was moved by member Nick Taylor and supported by member Xak Zdunic; the board recorded a roll-call vote of AYES: All (6), NAYS: 0. In the same meeting the board approved a resolution to dispose of obsolete or failed technology equipment and adopted the 2026–2027 Technology Devices, Software, and Network Agreement. The disposal motion was moved by John Dennis and supported by Katie Rice; the technology agreement motion was moved by Nick Taylor and supported by Mandy Marsh. Both motions passed by roll-call vote (AYES: All (6)).
Board documents show the operational resolution bundles standard administrative authorities and duties for the coming school year. The technology agreement and equipment disposal authorize staff to manage devices and retire equipment judged obsolete or nonfunctional under the district’s procedures.
