Comstock honors Students of the Month and staff

Superintendent Dr. Jeff Thoenes presented the Students of the Month and staff recognition during the April 14 meeting. Students named included Lydia Lang (CELA, Pre-K), Henry Tucker (CES, 4th Grade), Cole Chopp (STEM, 1st Grade), Nicole Silvas (CMS, 8th Grade), Kyohn Hamilton (CHS, 10th Grade), Cahdejah Vaughn (CVA, 12th Grade), and Jalen Wulu (Compass, 12th Grade). Aleesha Meyer, Administrative Assistant at Compass, was named Staff of the Month.
The board also acknowledged an athletic achievement by Clay Gibson Jr. in the same section of the agenda. These recognitions were presented under the Student & Staff of the Month agenda item and recorded in the meeting minutes; no formal board action was required for the awards.
