The staff member described a "series of about 8 to 10 slides" shown for roughly eight seconds apiece and said, "That QR code goes straight to the web page that has the, agendas, meetings for all the commissioners." The slides are intended to carry only government information (not nonprofit event calendars), and Mary in extension will be the administrator for content submissions. Departments would submit material by Wednesday at noon for an update that goes live Friday morning.
The presenter listed initial screen locations (Wilsall, Live Park, Gardner, Cook) and said the system could also be used for emergency messages coordinated through the county EOC. Participants suggested slides for items such as tax reminders, board openings and vaccination clinics and discussed limits on slide count to preserve attention.
Next steps: Mary will manage submissions and teams were asked to supply graphics and copy; the county will pilot the playlist and refine slide timing and content rules.
