Assistant Superintendent for Business Services Ryan Berry presented the proposed Treasury Management intergovernmental agreement (IGA) to the committee and explained its provisions. Committee Chair Donna Johnson asked Berry to contact Mr. Palmer to clarify why language present in a 1995 agreement was omitted from the current draft; the committee directed that the IGA be brought to the full board for consideration at the Nov. 12 meeting.
No formal adoption occurred at the committee meeting; the item was recorded as Information/Action pending staff clarification and possible revision prior to the board packet on Nov. 12.
