President Terri A. Weems reviewed the history and purpose of the Board Protocols document and said member orientation information would be added to the current document. She told the board the protocols item will return on Dec. 17 to allow time for public review and comment.
Weems also announced the resignation of Board Secretary Mable S. Fox and described the board vacancy process; she extended holiday well wishes to staff and the community and referenced district projects and events including the Thanksgiving Project and Vision’s holiday micro-enterprise.
