Among equipment approvals, the board authorized the purchase of a replacement transformer from Allied Electric for an amount not to exceed $54,840 and approved procurement and installation of interactive flat panels from Data Image for an amount not to exceed $380,000, both as part of the consent grouping that carried on a 6-0 roll call vote. The board also engaged Maner Costerisan for audit services for an estimated $69,000 and approved other routine items included in the consent agenda.
