Mrs. Jessie Thalheim presented an updated rotation schedule and reported that over the past four years there has been an increase in yearly costs of approximately $1,000 compared with the prior schedule. She indicated that the junior high volleyball and football coaches will be consulted to determine which sport represents a greater need this year. The packet lists sample quantities and estimated unit costs for multiple sports and warmups; the schedule projects purchases across seasons and years and includes an updated vendor/supplier list.
Board members agreed HS basketball warmups and the identified JH sport could be updated this year, and noted fundraising or donor support has previously offset some uniform purchases. The board will consider the rotation in the February meeting when final arrangements and budgeting are discussed.
